The First Time Adult

The First Time Adult helps schools, nonprofits, and families prepare teens for the transition from high school to adulthood. Through life and workforce readiness programs, workshops, and practical resources, we equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate adulthood, regardless of whether they pursue college, careers, the military, entrepreneurship, or another path. Our mission is to bridge the systems-level gap between graduation and adulthood by helping young people prepare for what’s next before they get there.
